THE ROLE:
Keen to appoint a Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ experience, this is an exciting position that will involve the successful candidate becoming an integral part of the growth plans in order to remain in line with business needs the firm are interested to appoint a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with extensive experience of Corporate M&A, Joint Ventures and Private Equity deals and excellent business development skills. Working with large amounts of autonomy, you will be responsible for building and developing the corporate commercial offerings within Cambridgeshire. THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from individuals who can demonstrate true commercial acumen and the drive to progress a career within an autonomous environment. The work is varied therefore technical competence and confidence to handle Corporate and commercial matters is a pre-requisite for this exciting new role. The successful solicitor will need to be able to demonstrate a broad commercial understanding, have a practical approach and be a true team player. You will be interested to develop expertise in the areas of business development and client retention.
