eNL Legal Recruitment, a leading boutique recruitment business, has a career defining and unique opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our dedicated Locum Recruitment team, handling temporary & contract recruitment in our Birmingham office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting legal professionals at all levels of experience with regional,
national and international law practices. This will be a key role within our organisation and is designed to help you take steps in becoming an expert in your field.

The experience we are looking for:
 1 year+ working as a legal or professional sector Recruitment Consultant ideally within temporary recruitment
 Running a desk and fee earning in a fast paced environment.
 Recruiting and interviewing candidates.
 Business development and strengthening existing client relations.
 Drafting and posting job adverts.
 Arranging interviews and managing the full recruitment process.
 Maintaining superior contact with both clients and candidates.
 Handling negotiations.
 Faith in own ability and expertise, able to deal with setbacks constructively and welcome new task and challenges with cheerfulness and resolution
