SALARY: £35,000

OVERVIEW: You will undertake work in the Wills & Probate Department, providing quality advice to clients and covering a period of maternity for circa 9-12 months. Main duties to include providing high quality, timely, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Work and Trusts. Preparing and drafting documents such as Wills and LPA’s, addressing all areas of Probate matters, dealing with a mixed caseload and advising the elderly. The appointed Private Client Solicitor will be the sole fee earner in this high street firm but will have secretarial support, you will be able to join and commence on a 9-12 month basis from January 2022. Our client is based locally to a tube station and easy to get to, they are also open to the successful candidate Woking 1-2 days a week from home.
