JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2 Years + PQE
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000


THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive has become available, you will need to have gained previous experience working within a private client team at a respected firm. You will take on a busy and varied case load which will cover matters such as Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate planning and powers of attorney. Assisting with complex estates involving both domestic and overseas property and tax issues and assisting with Court of Protection work.

THE CANDIDATE:
As a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive, you will have gained a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this area of law, the role will require the successful candidate to be confident and able to make decisions that are consistent and reflect the agreed decision-making criteria, regulations, policies, and procedures. You will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines as you will be the sole fee earner in private client department.
