RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING LEGAL ASSISTANT – PART/FULL TIME – NORTHMAPTONSHIRE – JOP REF:4690
This well-known firm based across Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire are seeking an experienced Post Completion Residential Legal Assistant to work alongside the firms Managing Director. You will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient post completion service to external clients. You will be carrying out duties such as processing and submitting documents to the land registry, conducting stamp duty land tax returns, and following up on mortgage redemptions. You must have previous experience within a similar role and be used to working within a busy property team. The role is full time (9am-5pm). However, they will consider candidates looking for part time. This is a permanent position where you will find yourself working closely with Senior Solicitors and Partners to deliver the best level of care and service to clients.
