JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ – 5 years
LOCATION: Newcastle

THE ROLE:
This leading commercial law firm is looking to recruit a talented Real Estate Solicitor into its team in Newcastle. You will take responsibility for a caseload of acquisitions and disposals, development work, landlord & tenant and property finance matters, advising clients of all sizes across the private and public sector. The role will also have a focus on business development and more experienced Solicitors will be encourage to mentor junior colleagues.

THE CANDIDATE:
Real Estate Solicitors with up to around 5 years’ PQE are invited to apply for this position. Solicitors who have recently qualified, or are about to, are also of interest, as long as you have gained commercial property experience during your training contract at another leading regional or national law firm. It is essential that you are team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and who can demonstrate commercial acumen.
