Due to the expansion within this firm, there are several positions that have arisen. These include roles for Paralegal/Administrative Assistant/Graduates to provide support to the fee earners. Your day-to-day duties will involve processing all incoming telephone calls, greeting clients, taking new enquiries, opening and closing files, convey messages and provide clerical and administrative support to the relevant department. The successful candidates will need to be able to build a good rapport with clients, so you will have good communication and organisational skills. These positions would suit a paralegal, graduate or someone who has clerical experience working in a professional environment and will be heavily involved in the continued growth of the business. Skills required but not limited to:
- Paralegal/Clerical experience of working within a Law firm is desirable but not essential
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with clients and an interest in the development of the
- A flexible team player
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
