The appointed individual will be working within a busy residential conveyancing department. You will be required to check the titles of both freehold and leasehold properties, raising queries, interpreting and reporting, liaising with the conveyancing team and assisting when necessary. You will be proficient using case management systems and work in a timely manner. Excellent communication and organisation is essential to succeed in the role. You will working confidently to meet tight deadlines as well as offering unrivalled client service. A specialist legal practice with an excellent reputation in the local market.
