THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly reputable Property, Housing & Litigation team who's clients include corporate investors and developers, well-known high street retailers, High Net Worth individuals and some not-for-profit organisations. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be able to demonstrate experience of a wide range of housing and property litigation work. You will have a willingness to play a key role in the Property, Housing & Litigation team both internally and externally, particularly in relation to marketing
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from driven and talented Property Litigation Solicitors with 4+ years' PQE gained with another leading law firm. You will be responsible for your own caseload of residential landlord and tenant and business tenancy renewal cases, but you will also be confident in assisting colleagues on other commercial property litigation cases. It is essential that you are a self-starter and are able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation, but also work closely with other team members and displaying trust and loyalty.

Our client employs people who are leaders in their fields and as a result the firm is well regarded by legal directories and is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their successful team.
