JOB TITLE: Residential Property Fee Earner
PQE: 1 + years PQE
LOCATION: Ipswich
SALARY: £DOE

THE ROLE:
An established law firm in Ipswich is looking for an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters. Handling files from initial instruction through to completion, the appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to deal with all types of residential property transactions including transfer of ownership, shared ownership, sales and purchases and re-mortgages.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives or Solicitors who have a proven track record of covering all types of residential property matters. Applications are also welcomed from Newly Qualified Solicitors / Legal Executives who are looking for a superb opportunity to work within a close knit and undertake all types of residential property matters. You will ideally have experience of managing your own caseload of matters and have excellent business development and networking skills to support the firm and team as a whole.
