COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:

The firms extensive and specialist knowledge of the Teesside area, commercial property and business markets gives the firm an advantage over other Commercial Property Solicitors. The specialist and dedicated team are highly experienced and skilled in dealing with both the legal and financial aspects of the clients business and provide advice in relation to all commercial disputes. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor you will need to work efficiently and promptly and advise on all aspects of commercial property work, including: the sale, purchase or remortgage of freehold business premises, advising, drafting and negotiating the transfer of existing leases, negotiating and drafting short term lease or licence arrangements, commercial property work relating to the sale of a business, commercial mortgage advice, renewals and extensions of existing leases, negotiating and advising on the termination of leases, financing and security. The firm will consider applications from Commercial Property Solicitors with a strong academic background and good quality commercial property experience. You will be required to work to a high standard, have good technical ability and have a positive approach to work. Great opportunity, outstanding firm!
