SENIOR LITIGATION SOLICITOR/PARTNER – 8+PQE – BERKSHIRE – JOB REF:1356

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a growing, national practice looking to bolster their dispute resolution offering in Berkshire. This role would suit an existing Partner or a Senior Associate with a strong network of contacts and following. You will be expected to develop your own work from day one and will be given the opportunity to work autonomously and help drive forward the dispute resolution team in Berkshire. The nationwide team handles the full range of litigation work and the firm welcomes applications from those with a generalist litigation background or those offering specialisms. You will be given full support and backing to market and develop your client base. The team is currently thriving and is looking for another senior individual that is confident of being able to add further value. A following, a strong network of contacts and a business plan is essential to succeed in this role. You might already be a Partner frustrated in your current role or possibly a Senior Associate with no opportunity to progress to Partner level? A commercial acumen and strong communication skills will be an expectation.
