EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR/LEGAL DIRECTOR – 6+ PQE – EAST ANGLIA – JOB REF:1352
An opportunity has arisen to join a top tier, Legal 500 practice as an Employment Solicitor/Legal Director. Handling a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, you will be advising individuals, businesses and not-for-profit organisations and working alongside a highly experienced partner led Tier 2 employment team. Ideally you will have 6 years' experience in a similar role, a solid understanding of contracts, policies, discrimination, TUPE and Employment Tribunal claims, an excellent client care skills and be technically strong with an eye for detail. Legal 500 accredited, this prominent, award-winning law firm offers a range of specialist client-focused services. Its ethos is forward-thinking and commercially-focused and its lawyers take a personal approach to their clients, taking time to understand their needs and requirements. The Partners are committed to the development and progression of their employees. Competitive salary, £50,000 to £60,000 (DOE) plus extensive benefits. Interview selection imminent.
