REAL ESTATE/COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR – 3+ PQE – WEST MIDLANDS – JOB REF:1348

A market leading, top 100 practice. Offering exposure to high level work and clear career progression. Competitive salary £45,000 TO £60,000 (DOE) and remuneration package available. The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of high quality commercial real estate work for both healthcare and other clients from private and public sectors. You will confidently handle your own caseload as well as actively contributing to business development initiatives. You will be confident negotiating commercial leases, agreements for lease, development agreements and high value commercial sale and purchase transactions. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and commercial awareness, time management and organisation. You will boast relevant commercial real estate experience. Experience within the healthcare sector and exposure to complex, public sector infrastructure projects would be a welcome advantage but not essential. The expanding real estate team require a team orientated mindset but also the ability to work autonomously.
