PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR – 2/5 PQE – MANCHESTER – JOB REF:1342

National Legal 500 firm wish to appoint a Private Client Solicitor, to expand their department further. Excellent salary c£40,000 (DOE) plus extensive benefits.
The ideal Private Client Solicitor will be a hardworking individual and will become an integral part of the wider Trusts & Estates team. The role is a varied and challenging dealing with wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate matters, inheritance tax issues, trusts and the drafting of trust documents. You must be technically competent with a wide range of private client experience, as you will be responsible for running your own independent caseload. As a proficient legal professional you will have excellent client care skills, with the ability to manage client expectations, be business development focused. willing to travel to meet clients or work from other offices. Being a member of STEP is desirable, but not essential. Your key skills, will include being able to work under pressure, have a professional with a pro-active approach, excellent communication skills, both written and oral, excellent organisational skills and be a team player.
