THE ROLE:
The role is full time and will be based in Buckinghamshire and will involve supporting and advising both commercial and private clients as well as marketing and business development activities, including presentations and articles, to help to grow the client base and strengthen the team. You will be acting for a range of high-profile organisations, focusing on a mix of both contentious and non-contentious matters, general employment advisory work, the handling of employment tribunal claims, business immigration advice and reorganisation and redundancy issues

EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR:
The ideal person will have a minimum of 1 – 3 years post qualified experience of working within an employment law environment. You will be able to work individually and unsupervised but also effectively with other team members. You will have proven experience of handling a caseload and the ability to deliver succinct high quality advice, excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team. Knowledge of a case management system and Microsoft Office software skills are essential.
