COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE - 3+ PQE – STAFFORDSHIRE – JOB REF: 1306

This leading law firm really are leading the field in a blaze of glory, winning excellent recommendations in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and recruiting new and exciting faces into the team. As part of their strategic direction, the firm is looking to develop their commercial property offerings in the Staffordshire market. Suitable Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives will have a proven track record of dealing with all types of commercial property transactions and be looking for a superb platform to really kick start their career. Having worked within a leading regional law firm you will have gained exposure to all areas of commercial property law including leases, licenses, landlord and tenant matters along with some residential development.

PACKAGE:
The firm pay excellent basic salaries along with a competitive bonus scheme and an enhanced benefits package. £50,000 starting salary.
