JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Paralegal
LOCATION: East Midlands

THE ROLE:
Joining a well-established and respected commercial property team, you can expect to act on a full range of commercial property and business matters to include; advising developers, handling plot sales, dealing with the relocation requirements of businesses, and a wide range of landlord and tenant issues. You will also prepare, or assist on the advise of the leases of many commercial premises, whether acting for landlord or tenant. Within this role you will gain support from other highly expert members of the team and will have the opportunity to progress into a legal apprenticeship role.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will have relevant experience in dealing with commercial property matters and will be comfortable on dealing with a demanding caseload surrounding these matters. You will be adaptable, with the ability to implement your knowledge across a wide range of matters and will have excellent communication skills to efficiently communicate between colleagues and clients. You will also be personable, organised and planned in order to provide a first class legal service in a time efficient manner.
