JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years experience
LOCATION: West Midlands

THE ROLE:
The successful Residential Conveyancer will be joining a thriving practice with exceptional opportunities for career progression. You will gain exposure to a varied caseload, encompassing the entire conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion. You will be responsible for a comprehensive range of conveyancing services including sales, purchases, plot sales, residential development and landlord and tenant related issues. You will be motivated to provide an exceptional client service, and be keen to take your career to the next level with a market leading firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be an ambitious and self-motivated Residential Conveyancer with a broad knowledge of handling residential property transactions including plot sale matters. As a bright and adaptable individual, you will be looking for an excellent opportunity for career progression within a supportive firm. Strong technical skills in the relevant areas and the ability to work under pressure are a necessity. You will have a passion for business development, working actively to strengthen and develop new client relationships.
