JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
PQE REQUIRED: 12months+ Conveyancing experience
LOCATION: Warwickshire
SALARY: £19,000-£22,000

THE ROLE:
A thriving Warwickshire practice has an exciting new opportunity available for a talented Paralegal to join their team as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner. Recognised as a key operator in the local marketplace, this busy practice offers exceptional training and development opportunities for their team. You will be handling your own caseload of files from start to finish, across the full remit of residential conveyancing matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Paralegal or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 12 months of experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion. You will have sound judgement and excellent client care skills, and will excel within a team-driven environment. Results driven, with a logical and methodical approach to achieving tasks and objectives, you will be motivated and ready to embrace a new challenge.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
The salary for this role is up to £22,000 per annum dependant upon experience.
