COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
This Real Estate team has a strong reputation for commercial property, combining excellent technical skills with a commercial approach. You will have a passion for commercial property work and an interest to develop your knowledge across a broad range of transactions, involving the ownership and development of both freehold and leasehold land and buildings. You must demonstrate relevant expertise in: drafting, reviewing and amending documentation, advising clients in meetings, on the telephone and in writing, meeting and managing client expectations, legal research and contributing to department know-how. In addition to strong technical skills, you should be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for business development as there will be significant client contact, in both the work and business development context. The team work with a range of clients including investors, entrepreneurs, developers, retailers, banks and large corporations with substantial property portfolios. The value placed on their people can be seen in the way they invest significant time and energy, in mentoring individuals and developing their skills.
