Due to expansion the firm are recruiting for a Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join the department. You will be at the forefront, working alongside a Partner, dealing with a high quality caseload. The Private Client department is currently flourishing with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hardworking team and Contentious Probate is an increasing area.
You will have the opportunity to work on a caseload that covers all aspects of contentious private client litigation. There is plenty of opportunity to grow and develop the work and you will be encouraged and given the independence to build relationships with other departments and external referrers. The firm look for individuals who can develop strong relationships and work effectively as part of a team. You will be approachable with an open-minded 'can-do' attitude that allows you to embrace change.
