The firm have an impressive number of Partners ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and, as part of their strategic direction, are looking to develop their commercial property offerings in the Wiltshire market. As a result of these plans they are looking to appoint a confident individual to elevate the firms presence and build on their success. Applications are sought from those who are able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Commercial Property matters. Additional Corporate Commercial experience is desirable but not essential for the role. Within the Commercial Property team you will undertake and actively contribute to business development initiatives, advising and mentoring junior fee earners within the team. You must possess excellent technical knowledge of all areas of commercial property including landlord and tenant, development, finance and leasehold enfranchisement. Salary up to c£60,000 (DOE) plus extensive benefits. Candidates with additional Corporate Commercial experience would be at a distinct advantage.
