PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years
THE ROLE: If you have a strong understanding of Commercial Landlord and Tenant matters and are looking for a new locum role we want to hear from you! This busy public sector body is keen to recruit a knowledgeable Commercial Property Solicitor or Commercial Property Executive to cover on and on-going basis. The caseload will predominantly comprise Commercial landlord and tenant matters, alongside more general sale and purchase issues. The organisation welcomes applications from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a strong knowledge of all aspects of Commercial Property law, with a particular focus on commercial landlord and tenant matters. Applications from Solicitors or Legal Executives without landlord and tenant knowledge will not be considered.
