An opportunity has arisen within an established Legal 500 practice in Lincolnshire for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join the firm on a fixed term contract to support them through a maternity cover for twelve months. The successful Employment Solicitor should be knowledgeable across all aspects of employment law, and will be well versed in providing advice on both contentious and non-contentious related employment matters such as unfair dismissal, compromise agreements, TUPE, drafting contracts of employment, redundancy and discrimination. You will also need to be confident with business development and willing to apply this to the position.
THE EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR:
The successful Employment Solicitor should be self-sufficient and possess the capability to manage your own caseload of matters and although not a pre-requisite have a proven track record and be open to undertaking business development to further the employment services within the local market.
