Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ -1 year PQE
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will assist senior members of the team on their caseload, having the opportunity to really become involved and experience plenty of client contact. It is essential that the Commercial Property Solicitor has either some post qualification experience in real estate, or if an NQ, then a seat during their training contract. Ideally, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have worked on high value and complex real estate transactions.
Corporate Solicitor, 2 years+ PQE
The firm will consider applications from Corporate Solicitors who have a strong academic background and have gained experience working at a leading national or city practice. The Corporate Solicitor needs to demonstrate a good, solid understanding of matters such as public and private M&A, IPOs, offers of securities, private equity and joint ventures. You will handle your own caseload of corporate matters, as well as supporting more senior members of the team. This role will provide the opportunity to work alongside highly regarded professionals, including those recognised in the Legal 500.
Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, 3 years+ PQE
