The family team are receiving an increased number of new instructions and are now looking for an experienced Family Partner with experience in dealing with high net worth related family matters. As the appointed Family Partner you will be responsible for all advising on all aspects of family law including nuptial agreements, domestic abuse, divorce, children matters and also matters related to unmarried couples. In addition to handling your own fee earning caseload you will be expected to play a key role in business development and networking activities.
The successful Family Partner will be bright and ambitious and determined to succeed as there are genuine prospects for career development within this role. You will have gained training at a leading national or regional practice and will be technically competent in all areas of family law including advising on high net worth clients on financial applications arising out of divorce, cohabitation agreements, domestic violence and separation. Your client facing skills will be second to non as the role involve a significant amount of client contact with a number of high net worth individuals. You must as the newly appointed Family Solicitor possess the desire to network, business develop and marker and be passionate about this area of law. You will be able to demonstrate a following / network of contacts who are able to instruct you on future matters.
