Big News - We are adopting a 4 day working week
2022 brings an exciting change and pretty big news for the team at eNL - we have launched a four day working week for a five day package – no condensed hours simply: work four days, get paid for five.
- We want our team to be rewarded and thanked for their exceptional work-ethic.
- We operate a trusted environment and therefore see no reason not to provide flexibility in relation to hours/days worked.
- Our renowned ‘one-team’ approach for both clients and candidates enables us to offer a seamless service. Due to a staggered working structure our office will remain open five days a week to ensure efficient and timely assistance to both clients and candidates.
- We are clear that a four day work week is hugely positive for both well-being and productivity.
Over the last 2 years, our team has faced unprecedented pressure whilst riding one almighty rollercoaster for the recruitment industry. After the market fell away overnight in March 2020, we were relieved when it steadily increased over the summer, only to be thrust into uncertainty once again in November. The early part of 2021 saw a resolute determination from our clients to hire, followed by an extraordinary volume of business critical need to hire at all levels, across all disciplines..…..and all this, with a tentative candidate market.
At every stage, our team have risen to the challenge. Our people have displayed resilience, motivation, initiative and teamwork to ensure our candidates and clients continue to receive exceptional service.
We are proud that this initiative will enter eNL into an elite group of UK based companies offering a truly progressive working pattern. And, as an added incentive, this scheme will have a positive impact on the environment, by reducing our carbon footprint and it will give our team a genuine opportunity to support social communities through charity or voluntary work.
