LODDERS SOLICITORS – has promoted two new partners to the practice in Stratford upon Avon. Paul Mourton and Louise Igoe will bring the partnership up to 19 partners in a total of 94 staff.
DRAYTON MANOR THEME PARK – is opening a new hotel to enhance its appeal as a venue for the event and exhibition industry. The hotel opens on the 15th August and will offer a hospitality suite that can accommodate up to 300 delegates for conferences, exhibitions and product launches.
WRAGGES – Birmingham law firm Wragge & Co advised London based Circle on a £20m secured credit facility with Triodos Bank. Circle is a social housing provider with 2,200 staff. The group includes 12 partners supplying care and support services for 200,000 people across the UK and managing more than 61,500 homes. The arrangement with Triodos Bank adds a new lender to Circles funding structure and is Wragges & Co’s first finance instruction from the client.
