I have never had a high opinion of recruitment agencies because of previous dealings in the past however, since my first telephone conversation with Caralyn Rolph I realised that eNL were going to be different. In the past I felt that agencies tried to bend me to fit the job in order to get their commission rather than look out for me however, after speaking with Caralyn I was, needless to say, very impressed. I found Caralyn very easy to deal with, approachable and friendly and she understood my needs. I did not feel like a C.V- I felt wanted. I have never encountered such a personalised service as I have done with you and for that I am most grateful. I found the advice given from Rebecca Mawdsley, Caralyn , Rebecca Lawrence and Lucy Darby very professional, extremely helpful and extremely constructive. I was very impressed with the re-vamp of my C.V. and the fact that eNL actually took the time to look at the information I had provided you with and tailor my C.V. accordingly. I have not found that dedication and attention in any other agency other than eNL.Although you have not been able to place me on this particular occasion I feel it is my lack of experience which has caused this rather than anything else. Every interview I have been to has been with a firm that I have enjoyed being interviewed at, which demonstrates that you know what I am looking for and understand my character. That again is highly commendable and I thank you for that.

I've been in touch with several agencies recently and regrettably have been very disappointed by the "service" I've been given, with many failing even to acknowledge or reply to e-mails. Even the so-called "big players". We all work in a service industry and common courtesy is surely at least the starting point .....
Louise has looked after me very well without being at all pushy. She has been prompt, efficient, courteous, respectful, humorous and enthusiastic. Very refreshing.
