Kellie Owen – Locum Divisional Manager

Kellie joined eNL in 2006 as cofounder of eNL's Locum Division. She has 5 years recruitment experience placing top-level professionals in a variety of sectors including legal, on a temporary, contract and permanent basis and was able to bring her expertise and skills to the challenging new role of establishing eNL's legal locum division. Well versed in the recruitment process, Kellie has drive and motivation and is able to utilise her industry knowledge to facilitate the needs of her clients and locum lawyers alike.

Fay Roberts – Senior Consultant

Fay’s recruitment career commenced in 2000 and since then she has gained valuable experience in various professional markets. During this time Fay has worked for amongst others, a well-known global recruitment consultancy where she specialised in placing temporary and permanent legal fee earners into private practice. Having joined eNL in 2007, Fay has proved that she is a talented career specialist and takes pride in handling the working lives and aspirations of legal professionals. Offering a consultative approach she provides advice and constant feedback on the legal market place. Fay is a keen player of racquet sports and is currently undertaking some coaching to improve her tennis skills!

Victoria Batchelor - Consultant

Victoria joined eNL as a trainee consultant after graduating from university and has already successfully progressed to become a consultant. During this time she has shown outstanding relationship development skills with clients and candidates alike and understands the objectives and needs of todays professionals. Victoria offers a fast and tailored solution to the requirements of both candidates and clients, gaining a sense of achievement from helping to place the right locums into the right assignments.

Lesley Randle - Consultant
Lesley joined eNL as a Resourcer for the Locum division. With a keen interest in the practical application of placing individuals into locum positions, she brings to the role substantial administration experience. With an eye for detail, problem solving skills and a disciplined approach to her working day, Lesley provides essential support to the busy locum team. Amongst many other things Lesley is responsible for payroll, candidate referencing, CV formatting and general HR tasks. Lesley uses her knowledge and skills to help the locum division deliver timely and outstanding results to candidates and clients alike.
