One of the leading North East firms is looking to recruit an additional solicitor to its Chambers listed restructuring team in Newcastle. Suitable candidates will have at least 2 years pqe in bank-led non contentious corporate insolvency; you must have solid transactional experience dealing with banks and IPs and ideally some contentious experience. Your work will encompass all aspects of bank and IP led corporate non contentious restructuring and formal insolvency matters, including transactions and pre pack sales, security reviews and bank advisory work and project management. There will also be some avoidance matters and personal/partnership insolvency related work as well as LPA receivership work. In addition to your fee earning work you will have business development and marketing responsibilities.
