COMPANY COMMERCIAL  - 4+ YEARS PQE - HERTFORDSHIRE

Located in a thriving Hertfordshire market town, this long-established firm characterised by a commercially focused, forward-thinking ethos, are now looking to recruit. The current position is for a 4+ year qualified Solicitor to join their expanding Company Commercial team.  The successful candidate will have an interest in a number of areas of general company commercial law on the transactional side mergers, acquisitions and takeovers, and in relation to drafting commercial agreements, terms and conditions. You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic to develop your long-term career within a practice offering a strong business plan. You will be expected to run your own caseload whilst working with a highly-acclaimed Partner handling top-quality work.  An interactive team member, you will boast excellent communication and IT skills.  There are excellent career development opportunities for the right candidate along with the opportunity to be involved in business development and the marketing of the team.
