In contrast to another recruitment agent - who was not able to get me an interview at a local medium size regional firm - Rebecca was able to get me an interview (and eventually a position) for what was advertised as a 1-3 year position with one of the top firms outside of London. At each stage Rebecca kept in contact with me and was on hand with lots of guidance and advice. I was particularly impressed with how she handled my interviews. She telephoned me before each of them to make sure I was prepared and to ask if I was unsure of anything. This really helped to focus my mind and to give me an insight into what the firm was looking for. After both interviews I spoke to her straight away and she helped me to dissect the interview and to see the positives. After my second technical interview - when I felt that I could have done better - she was very positive and reassuring. She asked me to list three things that I would like to have done a little better so that she could report back to the firm.
I have already recommended eNL to my family, friends and colleagues and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

In July 2008, I made the decision to apply for alternative positions as I came towards the end of my training contract and wanted to relocate to the Nottingham area.
I first did an online search, and saw that a suitable vacancy was advertised by ENL. I called and spoke with Jennifer Pyatt (née Graham) and we discussed the role I was interested in. I remember that the call was late in the day, but Jennifer took her time to talk with me and get a full understanding of my requirements. I was really impressed by this. I immediately found Jennifer to be approachable and felt that I could be entirely honest about the role/firm that I was looking for. Jennifer asked me to forward my CV to her.
On receipt of my CV Jennifer called me and we discussed suitable vacancies, all of which were well suited to my requirements, in particular, the size and locations of the respective firms. Within a week I was offered an interview at a firm in Nottingham. Given the fact that I had to travel over 120 miles to attend the interview, Jennifer had already taken this into account and there was a lot of flexibility over times/dates that I could attend which was very helpful. Once the interview was confirmed Jennifer referred me to the ENL ‘Interview Guide’ which I found was a really helpful tool and aided my preparation.
Before the interview, I spoke with Jennifer on a couple of occasions and at all times she was extremely obliging and always responded to my calls/emails promptly and in a friendly manner. We spoke about the interview so that I was fully prepared on the day, and following the interview we had another conversation to discuss how it went. Jennifer was always enthusiastic and reassuring. I was then offered the job two days later, so the whole process from start to finish took just over 2 weeks.
In summary, Jennifer was solely responsible for making my move effortless and a really positive experience, for which I am extremely grateful. Jennifer was always on hand to offer support and found me my ideal role.
I had never used an agency to secure employment in the past, but following my experience with Jennifer and ENL it would always be my preference in the future.
I have subsequently highly recommended Jennifer to a colleague and would not hesitate to do so again in the future should the opportunity arise.

I have never had a high opinion of recruitment agencies because of previous dealings in the past however, since my first telephone conversation with Caralyn Rolph I realised that eNL were going to be different. In the past I felt that agencies tried to bend me to fit the job in order to get their commission rather than look out for me however, after speaking with Caralyn I was, needless to say, very impressed.
